Orders under $40 ship at a flat rate of $4 in 1-3 business days. All orders $40 and over will ship for free. Chasing Chloe is not responsible for orders lost in transit; if this happens to you, please contact USPS!

We strive to provide the best quality items for you and hope that you are happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, please read over our return policy.
We do not issue refunds; however, if you wish to return an item that you are not happy with, you may do an exchange or receive store credit. For clothing items to be eligible for return they must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered. The tag MUST still be attached to the item. Returns have to be postmarked and returned to us within 10 days of the shipping date. Please include a note indicating whether you would like to do an exchange (for an item the same amount as the original item you purchased) or receive store credit.
Clothing items returned to us that appear stained, worn, or damaged in any way (for example, with smoke, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, perfume, etc...) will be sent back to you and you will be subject to additional shipping charges.
**Please keep in mind that ALL shoes, jewelry and accessories (bralettes, hair ties, etc.) are FINAL sale and cannot be returned.

If we email you an invoice, you have 2 days to pay the invoice. We cannot “hold” items for unpaid invoices; therefore you must pay them ASAP!
